Founder note
From our founder
I started out selling homes on my own, and I learned fast that one person can't do this job well for everyone at once. Clients deserved an agent who could pick up the phone, while someone else watched every deadline and someone else ran the listing. So I built a team. Every agent here gets the training, the support staff, and the backup I wish I'd had, so no client ever depends on one tired person. I grew up in Central El Paso, and this is how I think my city should be served.
