Working at The Lightbourn Group

The Lightbourn Group is a real estate team in El Paso, Texas. We have 10 agents and 3 support staff: a transaction coordinator, a listing manager, and an executive assistant.

Two things define how this works. I teach agents how to generate their own business, and I feed leads to agents so they can help buyers while they're learning. The support staff exists so agents spend their time on the parts of the deal that affect a client's money, not on paperwork.
